How do I get the new Facebook?
People keep asking, “How to get new facebook layout”, “how to get the new facebook layout 2011″, “when will the new facebook layout be available”, “how do I customize Facebook backgrounds”? Well, your wait is over and the answer to how to get the Facebook timeline layout is here. If you are wondering can i get the new facebook layout, yes. But in order to see other’s new facebook layout work on profiles you’ll have to set it up for yourself too.
So, now for the new Timeline Facebook Profile feature installation. Here I’ll walk you through the steps. In just a few quick steps you’ll see the Timeline on Facebook. You’ll have the new Facebook Profile Layout called “Timeline” installed.
New Facebook Layout
Follow ALL of these simple steps and get Timeline installed:
You’ll need a free Facebook Dev Account!
Link is at the bottom of this page.
If you are new to Facebook Developer’s page you’ll be asked for permission.
Next, click on the Create New App.
You’ll be asked to give your new Facebook app a name. I used Timeline since that is what will be ran. Display name is the name you’ll see and App Namespace is the link, navigation or backend name if you will excuse the term for the app. Check that you agree to the Platform Privacy Policy and click continue.
Prove to Facebook you are a human and not a spam bot by completing the security check:
Then, you’ll see the basic settings. On the left navigation you’ll see and need to click Open Graph.
You’ll be asked to create an action description. You can simply put anything. For this example I put “go back” and “in time”.
On the next screen you are presented with many fields that can be skipped. Simply scroll down and click “Save changes and next”.
Again, these fields can be skipped and just click “Save changes and next”.
Last, you’ll see a page where you can customize your Timeline. Layout style is how you want the aggrogate data displayed, how you want to sort the data, title and so on. It should be quick easy from here to understand how to customize and you can make changes later too.
Click Save and Finish:
That’s it! you’ll be take to a page where you can create new action types, etc. but you are done.
After some time, and it could be a while, you’ll see an invite to enable Timeline on your Facebook Home Page.
NOTE: NO ONE WILL SEE THIS BUT YOU UNLESS THEY ARE NOW DEVELOPERS TOO SO CLICK THAT YOU LIKE THIS SO THAT THEY CAN GET IT TOO!!!

I’ve opened all instructions, please follow them and you’ll have timeline installed. Facebook has opened timeline up to everyone now.

How to remove timeline. It is impossible to remove facebook timeline but you can delete timeline from your view with special patches to your browser that make it appear as it did. There is no sense in that though. You might as well get used to it.
